*When importing the Sketchup file to Lumion, textures were lost so I have posted screenshots of the Sketchup model.
Concept:
My design focuses on sustainability in which the central form that creates a cover or shade for the light rail stop also functions as a greenhouse for plants. This was done as a way to seamlessly blend elements of nature with built forms and structures. The central form was made using grasshopper while the Sketchup model/design was integrated into the grasshopper model as a section of the station that provides seating as well as a screen board that can be used to show the light rail times.
